Not playing the whole song

I have then nextel i365 and i'm adding ringtones to my phone useing webjal and when i add them it won'e let me use the whole song when it gets on my phone. it only plays about 50% of the song then shuts off. i tried it on a i830 and the same thing is happening. but on my comp it plays the whole song. can anyone help me
