Does anyone know of a link to a disassembly video or tutorial of the W350? Specifically, I need to know how to take the whole back cover assembly off. The top of the phone is held together with some crazy clips or screws that I can't access or even see. I don't want to break it!

Hi Blue calx,

the w350 is quite easy to open (though it is delicate, too).

The Most Important thing is to remove, first of all, the two "T5" little screws with a tiny T5 screwdriver on top of the front display. The two screws are hidden underneath the plastic sticker glued over the main speaker and labeled "Sony Ericsson".

After this, you should remove other two little screws that you can see on the back just below the battery.

Then you can just use your finger nails or an appropriate plastic tool with a very thin edge to remove the rear and front shells by making a slight pressure on the telephone sides (the colored side strips will come off as separate bodies).

You can reapply the "Sony Ericsson" sticker when you are done, the glue is still effective.

I did all that in a few minutes in order to change my scratched display with a new one.
