Long time listener, first time caller here.

I just re-upped my 2 year with Verizon, and got this nifty Casio Gz'One Boulder despite all of the horrible reviews I've heard about the sound quality (which incidentally, isn't much worse than my old Razr's).

My question is this: How would I go about transferring all of my old ringtones, pictures, and contacts from my Motorola Razr V3m to my new Casio Gz'One Boulder? If all else fails, I was planning on dropping by a Verizon store today to see how much data they would be willing to move for me. I doubt they'd be willing to move any of the stock ringtones.. which I'd kind of like to grab.

I'm not against hacking either phone to do it, I just would like to know the best way to go about it from somebody whose (ideally) done it before.
