The Sanyo 6200 is expected out in a few weeks from Sprint PCS for about $300. No exact launch date for them but the handset will be a dual band, 3G voice (not data) that will be compatible with the new Ringers and More option. Still no color LCD for this one (accord to SPCS reps.) The Sanyo 6000 is now outdated, only a single band 2G. Keep this in mind for those wanting to make a purchase.

any pics?

go to phonescoop.com and it should be on the main page today. But basically it looks like the SCP-6000 but with some wholes on the back that looks like a speakerphone.

My question is where can you get it?!!!

sprint pcs stores should either have it or be able to order it

if u look at pic 2 of 3 u will notice that Sanyo 6200 seems thicker then the Sanyo 6000 ...

the dimensions for the 2 are exactly identical, the 6200 weighs less than .25 oz more, and it has a lower battery life. the phone is out but will not be available to purchase for at least 2 weeks

most people at the store near me are oblivious to the arrival of the phone. They said it probably wont be out for a while.

it is slightly thicker and just a bit more in weight. we are playing with one in our office right now.

why is there a extra speaker at the back ? and still comes with the 540mAh Battery?
