6200 & Speakerphone ?

I was looking at the new 6200 on phonescoop.com and you have 3 image choices for the 6200 that they are picturing. The third shows the back of the phone and at the top of the phone is where the ringer should be but it also looks like there is another speaker! What is it?

Also Phonescoop mentions that TTY is a new feature on this phone along with the others but what is TTY?

TTY is a hearing aid device for the hearing impaired ... the T-300 also have this feature .. !

so I am guessing the TTY on the Sanyo 6200 is the same thing.. and as for the speaker phone I have no clue ... and let's hope it's the Second Sanyo phone that has this feature ... I really like it on the Sanyo 4500 !!!
