My key pad seems too by locked and it's stopping me from making out going calls and entering the menu. However, the buttons is responsive because everytime the light turns off, i'll press the button it'll turn back on. I read the manuals and it says press the circular button, but nothing seems to pop up for me to enter the password

Any ideas?...................thx

if it's a keypad lock, then you can unlock it just by pressing the center button on the navigation key. It will ask if u want to unlock keypad.
If it's not, then i think u activated the phone lock. when the phone lock is activated, unless u punch in the correct password or no reaction will show (well, the keypad is still responsive as u said for entering the password).
Is there an icon on your screen that shows a phone with a lock beside it?

yea

there's a little icon icon that show it's locked.................and i don't know the password. CRAP..............

it doesn't even give me a box to punch in the password though
