Hands free that works?

Does anyone know what hand free kit I need which has an answer button that actually works. All the standard ones don't answer the call when the button's pressed.
Any good english websites to order this from if it exists?

You can order the OEM direct from PANA. Yes this does work correctly.
Most generic don't have the correct connections.
