how to unblock samsung f300

i lost my phone 6 months ago and had it blocked by 02... i found my phone last week and it says limited service so i chucked the sim in the bin and put a new 1 in thinking it was just the sim and it wasnt.... so i contacted 02 to unblock my phone and they cant as i need the old sim that is now long gone.... how do i unblock my phone now?.... thanks
