kyocera m1000 assigning mp3 as ringer

I have a cricket kyocera m1000. I had some mp3 ringtones messaged to me and they are in my saved sounds, but i do not get the option to assign them as ringers. When i saved the mp3 from the text messaged to names them Media# and will play them how do i assign them as ringers?

I don't have Cricket, but if they're anything like Virgin Mobile USA, you can't. Prepaid carriers like to disable such options.
