First, let me say that I love my Magic Jack! I use it as a business line and when I travel around the world, such as London, Belgium, Angola, Thailand, Korea, I simply carry a cheap "princess" style phone with me in my laptop case, and just plug in my Magic Jack wherever I am in the world and have great call quality and call all over USA for free and clients can call me for free. Fantastic!
But, I know that there's a Caller ID Spoofing program around for it and can't find a copy anywhere
. . . Could someone please send me a copy or email me where I can get it? I want to spoof my work number to it.

That caller ID spoofing program for MagicJack stopped working a while ago. As I recall, this program modified the "P-Asserted-Identity" field, and MJ's SIP server heeded this and passed it along as the caller ID. Apparently they stopped honoring this some time ago, as I have seen multiple reports that the program no longer works.
Now, that being said, there are other options for spoofing your work number. You can contact a VoIP provider like Future-Nine, which provides pay-as-you-go VoIP service, their domestic rates are very fair - about 1¢/min. They will spoof any number you own, after you provide proof you actually own the number. This service can be used with a softphone like X-lite, or with a VoIP Analog Telephone Adapter like the Linksys PAP-2 or Grandstream HT-286.
