Wi-Fi (Internet/Web Profile?)

Brand new LG Renoir (KC910)
I connect with Wi-Fi, connect to youtube, search then click a video and then it wont let me watch the video, instead tells me there is no internet profile existing.

Next... I go into my phone>>connectivity>>internet profiles>>add profile and it lists the following boxes to be filled in.

Service name:
Use Proxy (On or Off):
IP address:
Proxey server port:
Access point: (Options blank, asks to close)

Theres one defualt profile named "Wi-Fi"
Service name: Wi-Fi
Use proxy: Off
Access point: Wi-Fi

My Issues:
Is Wi-Fi free to use with my wireless internet service?

I'm not sure how to fill out the above fields for the appropriate "internet profile" to watch youtube videos at home.

nobody can give me any advice to be able to watch youtube on my phone?
facebook works...
