I am debating whether to get a S46 (especially for it's dual band capability) or a Nokia 3595.

You may want to try the AT&T forum as there are more S46 users who post in that forum then this forum. You can get their take an opinion on the S46 and its performance in their areas and hopefully yours aswell.
