Boulder MMS on Alltel

Hi,
I recently purchased this phone and am using it on alltel with no roaming problems (updated SID and PRL for nor roaming through ##7764726).
I am unable to receive or send MMS messages, but texting is fine. How do I set up my phone for this?

This is our experience with trying to put a Verizon phone onto Alltel. All the internet and MMS functions will not work as long as the Verizon programming is on the phone.
