cheapest LED

what would u consider cheap for a 3390 LED change to blue or white ? Chicago's Chinatown does it for about 50$. I feel that is a little too much. I cant do the solider on my own or know anyone good enough to attempt it. Anyone know of a better place for less then 50$ total.

Does that include the new LED's or is it just the work?

both..LEd + installation itz only 1 color tho. i wanted like a white and blue mix but they say that would cost more.50-60$ most likely i'll be bargaining with them for 50$
