In my old nokia 6133 - i loved that you could customize the shortcuts (left/right - all the navigation buttons)
Recently i bought a 5610 for myself and a 6263 for my mother and I've realized they disabled the Right shortcut key in the shortcuts option.
Instead, they put a "T-ZOnes" shortcut there which is useless to me because I dont' use t-zones at all. Is it possible to disable this shortcut and set my own shortcut for either phones?
thanks in advanced.

I believe you would have to "debrand" the phone to accomplish that. Check out the threads here on HoFo to that effect.

ah actually after spending a few hours trying to figure it out - i just decided to upgrade the firmware on the phone and that actually overwrote the t-mobile software i believe. After i did, i checked the shortcuts option again the and the right shortcut was changable!
However, this doesn't work for the 6263 though b/c it seems to be a t-mobile exclusive. Did you ever successfully change the tzones shortcut?

No, not me. I did a simple update of the firmware, but that didn't take away those special little T-Mobile "extras." From my reading here on HoFo, you've gotta de- or un-brand the phone.
