Exporting Palm contacts and Notes into Outlook.

I need help in transfering my contacts and notes from the Palm OS on my laptop into Outlook so that I can sync it up with my P800. I got too excited and let go of my Palm Vx even before I got my P800 or else, I guess I could have just beamed all that info. direct to my P800 using the IR port. Any suggestion on a utility or a program that will help me do this ?
