upgrade verizom xv6700

i down loaded the verizon rom file and when i wen to upgrade all i get now is a black screen showing USB across the top and V2.05 at the bottom i c an not even get it out of boot loader mode, also i get error message 201

reflash it with a correct flash, try ppc kitchen

it was stuck in boot load i used a program called mitty to do a stack 8 and all is back to original WM5
