dont no if i am in right forum am new on ere but when anyone rings or sends me a message there is no sound there is vibration and lights flash but no sound but my music plays ok can anyone help me fix it

Have you tried checking the following? :
..checking if its on silent mode
..checking what ringing profile you're using e.g Outdoor?
..checking your ringtone volume?
