Call Quality Problems With Vonage

Vonage has been great since I got it until the past few days. The call quality is horrible all of a sudden. We have the V-Portal phone adapter with Comcast High Speed Internet. My Internet speed is great. I'm on the 20 Mbps plan and could go on and on about that.
Any ideas?

I think it might be fixed. I called Comcast and they sent a signal out to my modem. I was getting 34 Mbps last night instead of the 10 I was getting. So I'm guessing it is working now. 
If it doesn't work I'll probably post here again to see if anyone has any ideas.
Oh, by the way, if Comcast ever resets you modem and the activation screen comes up just give them a call. They will activate it for you over the phone so you don't need to do anything.
