Difficult question

The man I lived with for many years passed away recently. He has a Verizon phone. When I call customer service to cancel his service, what information do I need to have? And I assume they waive any ETF?

They should wave the ETF.

they will waive the ETF, but you may have to go to a verizon store to provide them with a death certificate since the account isn't under your name.
