Ironically, you don't need SnapDialer. Just download the appropriate Sanyo USB driver, from one of these places:

http://futuredial.com/support/usbdrivers/Drivers.htm

Connect your phone and USB cable to the computer, and point Windows to the driver. This should create a USB modem. Then, you can create a dialup connection on that modem. Have it dial #777, leaving the username and password blank.

If the connection tends to go stale, run

ping -t www.sprintpcs.com

(or some such) in the background to keep the connection active.
