z550a menus help

My girlfriend broke her phone and did not save her contacts or pictures any where. The display screen no longer works and we would like to transfer them to her new phone. Can anyone walk me though the steps to save contacts to sim card and transfer pictures via bluetooth without being able to see the menus?

welcome to HoFo.
i don't have my z550a anymore..
but after you've solved your problem.. you should back up all the contacts to sim..
that way the next time something like this happens.. all your numbers will already be on the sim.
