Tmobile 5610XM 8.23 FM Update - Unable to change right shortcut key

Hey Guys,
I've read from several people on this forum that the latest firmware offered by tmobile for the nokia 5610XM was suppose to enable the right shortcut key for changing into other things than just "t-zones". However, after updating to 8.23, I'm unable to do so. When I go to settings -) my shortcuts, all I see is: Left selection key, navigation key, and active standby key 
. Is there something I missed? One of the main reasons I updated was to enable the right shortcut key. Please Help
