Where you about in UK? You can ask your friend check it out from Carphonewarehouse, cause I get it from there, may be you can get it there aswell.

carphonewarehouse in dublin don't have the usb data cable.. i tried them so many times..

In that case, you've to try to get it from ebay or ask someone from England get it for you and post it over.

Thank you all for the help...
I need a usb cable desperately as I need to help my sister to upgrade her GD87. Carphonwarehouse was in no help because I went to Liffy Valley and they have checked that no branches has usb cable for the GD87. This is frustrating. I even went to town and those shops told me that they do not have that particular cable.

That's so strange, I got my one in England's Carphonewarehouse, may be they just check the branch in Ireland and not UK.

ah...never mind...thanks for all your support. I finally gave up searching for the data cable. anyway...I'm back in UK already...
