Hi folks!
I have a Nokia 6236i (originally Verizon Wireless but has been ported to Page Plus Cellular). I'll try to make my long story short, cutting out some details...
I have MobiMB and had uploaded some "freeware" games I found on a website. I turned it on today to play a game and it suddenly became unstable; when I went into the "Extras" folder, where the games are, the screen faded out and then went white, freezing the phone. Unplugged the battery was planning on trying again after I installed the battery. Instead, this is what happened: Turned it on and saw the usual startup screens, then saw my wallpaper. The screen flickers some, like usual, like it's trying to connect to check my mail or something? Anyway, then the screen suddenly fades out again and freezes at the blank, white screen. I pulled the battery, reinstalled it and the same thing happened. The phone is only on for about 25 seconds before it freezes completely... I have Diego and was going to try to reflash it but Diego only recognizes it for like 5 seconds and then the phone has already froze. Therefore, I have no idea how to fix it! Any suggestions? I'm going to try the fix for the similar problem that was posted back in 2006 but I won't have that chance until at least tomorrow evening, if even then... So I figured I'd post my question and maybe somebody had the real solution in the meantime.
P.S. Sorry, it was still a rather long post, wasn't it?

Anybody?
Well, I did try the before-mentioned post and it just won't work; My phone blanks out even with the phone in "local" mode as the poster called it. Seems no matter what I do, the phone crashes to the blank white screen after like 25 seconds total (from the time I press the power button- that's counting the startup screens, etc. where I cannot do anything).
Does anybody have any ideas? Are there tools I'm not aware of that could fix this? The poster mentioned "Phoenix service software". Does anyone have that so I could try it? That's something I don't even have...

Never mind. I should've searched before asking. I found a link for Phoenix.
