Transferring Data to Micro SD Card for Nextel i580

Please forgive me for being "a little late to the party". I bought a used Motorola Nextel i580 a few days ago and finally got a 2 GB micro SD card. I have had some luck putting MP3 files on it and I am enjoying listening to those of the phone. Anyway, I know that it is also capable of video and photographs, but I haven't had much luck with those yet. I have tried searching here, but the posts seem kind of haphazard and it isn't making much sense to me. Can somebody point me to the most helpful area to come up to speed on transferring videos and photographs to a micro SD card that the i580 can use. Also, what are some good sources of videos and photographs? Once I learn how to do it, I will want a source of good files. Can anybody recommend a website that has some nice videos and photographs that I can transfer to my micro SD card that the i580 can view.
