keep getting "no t-dongle error when trying to debrand my 6263 with phoenix?

i am trying to debrand my 6263 but after reading the thread on how to do so i get stuck when i try and run the phoenix software. i have tried everything i can think of. i use windows vista and thought that might be the prob. so, i try to run it in xp ode within vista with no luck. please someone help me as this phone has so much potential and apps it can run if i could just get the third party apps to access the web. thx and please help as i have left threads pretty much everywhere and noone seems to want or cant help me.

You have to run the little patch (fixer.exe) included in the package with Phoenix. I missed this the first time. My anti-virus software actually quarantined fixer.exe, which added to the challenge of figuring this out. But once I ran the patch, it went off without a hitch.
