10 days into New Every 2 Upgrade....Can I cancel?

I got my new phone about 10 days ago for my New Every 2 upgrade. I got the Motorola Krave, but so far Im very dissapointed with it and keep having problems. I just want to get rid of the thing now. I'm considering just going over to maybe the iPhone or the BlackBerry Storm. Can I cancel since its within 30 days without the cancelation fee?

I think if you are within the 30 days, you can return the phone and get your contract date reset to what it was, if you do not choose a phone.

Phone has been returned as of early last week. Still no credit for the return....how long does it take for them to process returns?

I don't remember how long, but it does take a LONG time. I'd call CS and confirm your return.. but I don't think you'll get far.

They said give it 5 days for the unit to be scanned back in. Ive already confirmed its already back to them.
Maybe I should go ahead and cancel with them since its within 30 days?

I had to return 1 phone to them, and it took them 1 1/2 billing Cycles to credit my account.

If its going to take them a month and a half, Ill definitely cancel and get an iPhone instead of the Storm.
