8100 Windows 98 and Sprint Dialer

I am having trouble installing the Spring PCS Dialer (not PCS Connection Manager) for Windows 98 (not second edition) on my laptop. I keep getting error messages when it goes to install the drivers. Is anyone having this problem? Any suggestions?
