Treo 750 not sending texts but will receive them

About 2 weeks ago, I found that my sent messages folder for text and MMS had blank looking entries...about 5 of them, just blank boxes. Below them was the rest of my sent messages, with the person, subject and date listed. I found that I could only receive messages, not send. When I sent messages, nothing happened. They wouldn't go...and they wouldn't show up in my sent items folder. I did a hard reset, and everything was fine then. Messages sent and received fine then.

Today, while deleting a text, the screen looked weird for a second. Almost like some of the home screen was on there along with the messages. I checked my sent items and again there are like 9 blank ones this time, with my sent ones below that. I can go into them and see the text of these sent messages, but on the list, they are blank boxes. Now I can't send any messages again.

Does this sound like a problem with the messagingapp, or a WM thing? I don't want to have to hard reset AGAIN.

Anybody experience this? Or know what would cause this?
