Motorola v60 & t120

Can you lock out a v60 or t120 phone so that someone can only place calls that are pre stored in the phonebook? The service provider being used is AT&T wireless. Thanks!!

Yes on the v60 it is possible I am not sure about the other but I am sure it is possible I don't think I have ever had a phone that this could not be done. Anyways on the v60 (v60ci to be exact) go to Settings -> Security -> Restrict Calls -> (then enter your lock code) -> Outgoing Calls, and that is all.
