Help: how change nokia 3120c RM-366 to RM-364 (region change)

Hi, i was wondering if i can change my phone region from a 3120c-1b RM-366 (latin america, with latest firmware 7.15) to the EURO region code 3120c RM364 so i can install the latest firmware v9.41? any help or advice wil be apreciated, please someone point me to the rigth direction
