Hi, I have been trying to find a working driver so that my computers will see the phone when it is plug in. I have downloaded several different drivers and installed, telling me that my new device is ready to use. It just can't see the phone. It also will not synk with windows media player. It doesn't find the phone. This use to work before my computer crashed. Can anyone help? Thanks.

This driver should work.

Hey Thanks. I have already tried this driver, Verizon put it on my laptop in the store . It just doesn't work, even though it claims to be installed and ready to use. To bad the disk that came with the phone is lost. This is such a pain. What good is the music feature if I can't sync it with my computer. Any other ideas where I might be able to find these drivers or make the ones I have work? Again thank you.

Well that IS the correct driver so I'd be doing some basic troubleshooting at this point. Are you POSITIVE the usb cable you are using is good? Any chance you could try installing the driver on a different computer? You need to narrow down where the problem lies: the phone, the cable, or the computer. I have an 8300 and I use that driver so I know it works............at least on XP. Could you try using Bluetooth?
