Hi. Searched around and could not find anything here about this and what I did find on other sites was so unintelligent I just came right here.

So my wife is having a problem with her Palm Centro on AT&T. She will call people and half the time their voicemail does not pick up. The call just stops ringing, he phone says the call is still connected but no voicemail. He has this happen at work in Philadelphia at our home in NJ and pretty much everywhere else. It will happen randomly, as in she will call me and it'll happen, then call me back and my voicemail will work sometimes and sometimes not. It happens with pretty much anyone she calls no matter what provider they are on.

I've read others talk about this with Centro's but replacing the phone doesn't seem to solve the issue. There are many other stupid things it seems tech support has told them to try or is the cause (a virus on their computer infected their phone was my favorite

)

So this is where I came to see if anyone knows why this happens. I assume it is more network then phone, though if the software on the phone is known to do this then hopefully there is a way to fix it.
