how do i delete downloaded ringtones?

i have downloaded quite a few polyphonic ringtones on my panasonic gd67 phone, now it is full and when i try to download more it doesnt ask me if i want to overwrite an old one it just says store full, anyone know how to delete the old ones i dont want???

Go into the media folder located somewhere in the setttings menu, i think and you can delete it by pressing the button and choose delete.
