Youtube not working with Fido

Hi so i recently got the G705 and everythign works great except for youtube
I can only use wifi as i dont have a data plan but i am still unable to watch youtube videos. The videos are stuck at 0% buffering.
For my internet and streamign settings i created a PS one that was empty.
I can get the gps, msn internet ... to work but i just cant buffer videos.

I get the exact same result on both rogers and via USB ethernet on my C902. Never have been able to resolve it.
