OK,

My girl has a kyocera kx160, because her wildcard hinge broke, and the screen would not stay on.

now that she has used the kx160 for several months, and stored all her contacts in the phone, the phones main screen has takin a poop.

the top screen that shows the number when an incoming call comes in, is still working, but the main screen (the big one) stays black.

so , i am aiming for the stars with this one, but i am hoping that one of you howard forum members, have a kx160 lying around, weather it is activated or not.

all i need is someone to help me, guide me key press by key press to turn on and activate cricket myBackup service that is in the phones menu somewhere,

where? i dont know. but if you have a working kx160, it would be very easy for you to let me know what to do.

i would be very apprecitive if someone can do this for me.
