motorola v3r signal

i have a motorola v3r that i have been using for the past three months and now the signal bar has droped. I have no signal and its not my service porvider. Is there a flash file i can use to restore signal or how can i repair it? If you have a solution to my problem kindly buzz me please!!!! Thanks
