I purchased a Nokia 3500 from Fido 6 months ago. Once I arrived in Toronto, I paid someone ($40) to unlock it, so I could put my Roger's sim in it, but apparently I need to pay more money to make MP3's play as ringtones. Ugh!

Is there anyway for me to do this myself on the cheap?

I've been reading through the forum's, but it seems there is only help for PC users, and I have a Mac Book Pro.

Any ideas?

I too am trying to unlock the N3500c.
I thikn you have to put it a mini SD card and connect via bluetooth and sync with iSync on your mac.
Then you can put whatever music or files that you want!

After all that I lost my Nokia the other night, so I went out and brought an iPhone

Ha! I would if I wasn't having issues with making and receiving calls! I'm off to the Apple store tonight to see what they have to say for themselves!
