Restart etc? w760a

Brand new w760a. Like twice a week I will have to remove the battery to turn it on. Today it did a new trick and shut off twice by itself. Any ideas? It is unmoded.

This is just a wonderful lil glitch sony has provided 4 us,mine loves 2 do it while im listening 2 music if any1 does find a patch or fix plz post cuz mine acts like a master reset sometimes

I had that happen after i modded my phone the first time... It finally shut off and refused to come back on. Sent it back and got a new one... I realized how much I hated the ATT software and did more reading and flashed the phone correctly this time and I've had no problems. But who knows if that fixed it, or if i need a patch cos it hasn't done it... yet.
