W902 auto shut down during charging

Hi, anyone encounter this problem? My W902 auto shut down during charging when a call comes in. Sometimes, it shuts down during charging even without an incoming call.
Can a software upgrade fix it? My current software is R3EA036. What is the lastest software version? Thanks!
