HTC devices (you even can get an app to 'block' data sessions from non WiFi, as you have to go PayPer Use data) - called MoDaCo NODATA. I use this on my HTC tilt, as work replaced my Nextel Blackberry with a Sprint Treo 800w, and its data is usable.
