Send a PM to Baldilocks.

Baldilocks is the moderator of the subforum where your original post is located. However, HowardForums has a policy against deleting posts since it disrupts the continuity of a board. However, in my opinion, the deletion of your post would't disrupt the continuity of the thread since you didn't post anything other than your e-mail adress (but I'm not a moderator).

Contact Baldilocks by PM and see if he/she will delete your post (or whether he/she will modify it to remove your e-mail address).

EDIT: Actually I re-read your request and HowardForums won't delete your account and all your posts because of the policy that I've outlined. I thought that you only wanted one of your posts deleted (the one with the e-mail address).
