Nokia N75

Sorry-- I also posted this under "Nokia Unlocking" because I wasn't sure where this should be applied:
I'm thinking of buying an unlocked N75 from the internet since my carrier, iwireless (in Iowa, USA), doesn't have it. Iwireless says it should work with my SIM card for calling but they also say it's possible that the web configurations could still be blocked out by the phone's original carrier, AT&T (even though the rest of the phone is unlocked).
Can anyone tell me if AT&T often blocks the web settings on their phones or if there is a good chance that the settings are open and can be manually reconfigured?
