Is it possible to stream music from pc to cell?

I was using a service awhile ago that would stream the music from my home PC to any computer via a web based UI. Is it possible to stream music from such a service using the web browser built into a cell phone? I'm using the QA30 but this seemed more of a general cell phone question than one specific to my phone. Even at 1x I am able to watch YouTube videos with no lagging so maybe there is enough bandwidth to stream music from my pc?
Does anyone know of any way to do this?
