Hi! I'm buying my friend's T-mobile Razr v3 off him tomorrow. I am on AT&T and I need to unlock it. How would i do this without calling ATT or T-mobile?

I made a request of TMobile a few months ago, to unlock an HTC phone. It's easy...I told them the truth.

"I live in an area where TMobile doesn't work, but have one of your phones. Could you please help me unlock it, so I can use it on my ATT account?"

It took all of 36 hours to get the code, and it worked perfectly the first time.
