I'm new to this board, but anywayz I'm planning to buy the SCP 6000 only problem is no one has it yet, I'm in Chicago, IL. I've called every Sprint Store but they won't get the phone till mid august, and other stores won't till September 1st. The Sprint online store is rite now out of them as well. Does anyone know where i can buy this phone online? any help would b appreciated.

You'd be wise to wait until a local dealer has them in stock or when the Sprint online store has restocked their inventory of 6000's. Sometimes, bugs are fixed in the later releases so hang tight, it might be worth the wait

A week before sprint's website got the phone, they were selling on ebay in the $600 and up range. I'd imagine if you act fast, you may find some closer to $300 before people realize what they can get for them.

I'm already on one, I ordered the phone on Sprint's Online Store before they posted that the phone was out of stock, I was just wondering if there was any place out that had the phone in stock, where i could get it now.

I got one through Sprint PCS and waited less than 2 weeks time and will be paying 160 bucks for it....signed a 2yrs contract though..anyways..I'm in Chicago area as well..if you want to see the phone in person, I'll be glad to show it to ya...I work in teh building above UNION STATION....

Try Ritz Camera's online site or their store locations they sell sprint phones and are advertising the sanyo 6000 or Radio Shack stores, Best Buy and Fry's electronics

Well I finally got the phone today, it came in the mail, apparently Sprint has gotted them back in stock, they were very fast with delivery, they had in stock the 7th and i got it here the 8th, anywayz this phone is hella tyte as far as looks, now jus gotta c how it performs.

I bought on on the internet about 4 weeks ago.. and they told me the order didnt go through.. so I went and got one from a store. (out of stock now)..

anhow.. one just came in the mail to me.. along with a bill to my credit card.. so now I have 2.

anyone interested in buying it off of me? I paid full retail. Its a great phone.
