Making Wallpapers?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I am a graphic designer and I was wondering if it's possible
to make your own wallpapers and somehow load them into
your phone, is this possible ... if so can anyone give me a
play by play to accomplish this ... I wouldn't mind making some
that everyone could enjoy if this is at all possible.

I think you can make them in a bmp or jpeg then transfer it to your phone through logomanager or another program like that. I'm not sure though, anyone know specifically how you do this?

I've used some Windows backgrounds and put them on my phone.

This is how I did it :-

Changed the size to 128 x 128 (Series 40)
Then used MobiMB (from Logomanager) to upload it to my phone.

Hope this helps...

It is definately possible, just (like stated before) resize the image to 128x128 for a Series 40 phone, or if you have a bigger screen adjust the resolution accordingly.

Then upload the pictures to your phone, I use IR with Nokia Data Suite, which has a specific utility for uploading pictures. It is really easy once you have the software up.

If your phone doesnt have IR you may need to buy a data cable, or if your provider supports MMS, e-mail the picture to your phone.

Good Luck.

The 3560 screen size is 96x65. Since the 3560 has no IR, no Bluetooth, and, as of now, no data cable available, the only way to put wallpapers on it is via either WAP or e-mail to your phone. (unless you're on AT&T Wireless, in which case you're SOL)

That's weird. My 3650 has IR, bluetooth, AND there's data cables available for it.

Dyslexia must suck.
3560 is what I see under JohnnyBoy's name.
