Has anyone come across this message? I get this on an i560 that's been sitting in a drawer for a while now, but I decided I want to try and fix it. My PC sees the phone as a Motorola iDen USB Modem, but a query on it fails.

I also have a good CP for this phone from before it started doing this, but that seems pointless until I can figure out how to get it to communicate with the PC, right?

Any ideas?

I forget how to do it, but you might be able to restore the good CP if you boot the phone in flashtrap mode...

i forget how to do that too. i'll do some searching to find out how to get the phone in flashstrap mode as suggested and post back. if you figure it out, don't hesitate to post.
