[M75] Okay, so who /do/ I contact?

The phonecode has become locked on my Siemens M75, and I've tried every affiliated company (Siemens offices, BenQ offices, etc) in the country, and no one knows who I should contact about getting it unlocked. It's not for a SIM unlock (it's already unlocked in that regard), but for a phonecode unlock... does anyone know who to contact for that?
